As soon as KTIS announced the bands who would be performing at Joyful Noise 2017 we set to work getting to know them. We wanted to be able to sing right along with them as they performed on stage. We didn’t think we knew as many of the bands this year as we did last year. As we listened to more and more songs we started laughing as we realized we did know the bands through listening to them on KTIS.
It has been an absolute pleasure to get to know the bands who will be performing at Joyful Noise 2017. Each band is passionate about the message God is speaking through them. As a family who has gone through quite a few struggles over the last couple of years we have looked to the Apostle Paul for wisdom. When he was in prison he prayed and sang praises to God. This kept his eyes on Christ and not on his circumstances. Our family has songs that have encouraged us to press on and not grow weary. One of our favorite bands is Unspoken, who we are excited to tell you will be at Joyful Noise!

Their newest album Follow Through was released in August 2016 and breathes life into our hearts as we are encouraged to keep going. Songs such as “Higher”, “Follow Through” and “Open the Clouds”. Over the last two years, Mark and I, with Christ working in us and through us, have worked to conquer our inner demons. Fading out completely the voices in our heads that tell us we are not enough, shouting our failures in our ears and blinding us from the truth of being God’s precious beloveds. We choose Christ’s truths over Satan’s lies. Unspoken’s lyrics speak God’s truth to our hearts and help us to keep praising and focus our eyes on our heavenly father.

Hi Russel’s Adventures! I entered above but I don’t know if I filled things out correctly. Are we just supposed to comment in the boxes raffle copter provides after we visit the links? This is my first time filling one of these out. 🙂 Thanks also for sharing this artist. It is so hard to find something the whole family can listen too.
