I recently discovered chicken pouches at Walmart. They even have flavored ones. For this recipe I used the fajita chicken pouch.
- 1 pouch white chicken in fajita sauce pouch
- 1 cup raw coleslaw mix
- 2 tablespoon shredded cheese
- 2 mission low carb tortillas
The how to:
In a small bowl combine chicken and coleslaw mix. Mix until well blended and all the coleslaw is well coated. On one tortilla layer cheese, chicken/coleslaw mix, and shredded cheese, place last tortilla on top. Heat griddle or medium skillet on medium heat. Put on heated skillet cook one to two minutes, then flip and cook another minute or two. Let set for a bit, then cut as desired.
I was able to get 2 quesadilla out of the mixture.
