Our new favorite place in town is Kelly Gau Studio! Kelly has a natural God given talent for not only bringing out the lovely in her art, but is also able to teach others how to make lovely pieces as well!
Naomi lives and breaths art, I’m fairly certain that colors have a scent to her, she teaches me to see the world in a completely new way! She truly has a natural love and talent for what she calls arting. Mark and I have been praying for mentors for each of our kiddos. The Kelly Gau Studio is an amazing outlet for her! 
Maddie recently had her second session with Kelly and it is a delight to watch Maddie gain more confidence in herself and continue to see the beauty not only in the pieces she makes but more importantly the beauty inside herself.
Titus was really nervous at first when we walked into the studio for his first arting session. However, it did not take much warming up at all! Kelly had him quickly at ease, laughing, telling stories, and creating right along with his sisters.
I have to tell you as a mom and a person my very favorite thing about the Kelly Gau Studio, is how Jesus uses it to tell those who walk in her store that he loves them. Kelly allows Jesus to whisper sweet truths about how God sees each one of the human masterpieces he creates.
Each piece whether designed and created by Kelly or a piece she is helping a client create breathes the very breath and encouragement that I truly feel Jesus wants others to know.
We are for sure going back as much as we possibly can, Kelly has made it affordable for little ones to be able to create their own lovelies! I couldn’t agree more. I love to create at Kelly’s studio because I really do feel like I get inspired and get a time to focus on Jesus while I am there. I have traveled an hour to go their twice now!
