November is right around the corner and we are busy getting ready to decorate with all things fall at our house! Every year my kids are giddy with excitement at the upcoming holidays. They know that the celebration of Thanksgiving is the precursor to the holidays that are to come in December and January. As if Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years isn’t enough excitement. We have all four of our kids birthdays within four weeks of each other. Snuggled in between December and January, excitement is building in our house!
Each year we take time throughout November to remember all of the family and friends that God has placed in our lives. We remember all that he has provided for us and we take the whole month of November to pause in remembrance of these gifts he has given us.
We will once again be creating our thankful tree and hanging our blessings on them every day. This year we are going to try something new. We are going to bring Thankful Thursday to Russell’s Adventures. Each Thursday all three of our big kids will share with you some of the special blessings in their lives. They are excited to make their official debut on the blog!
