Ingredients
- 3 slices keto bread
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond/cashew milk
- cinnamon to taste
- monk fruit to taste
The how-to:
In a small bowl combine egg, almond/cashew milk, cinnamon and monk fruit whisk until all is combined. Heat skillet or griddle to medium heat. Coat the bread in egg mixture on both sides of the bread, place on skillet and fry for two three minutes, then flip and cook for another minute or two.
There is a monk fruit maple syrup but I haven’t tried it yet. I used 1 tablespoon of cream cheese and spread it on the french toast, along with two sliced strawberries, and a small handful of blueberries. It was excellent and I’ll definitely be making this again.
