The kids and I gathered together as we eagerly watched KTIS’ Facebook live when they announced the Joyful Noise 2017 lineup. We are already anticipating the exciting performances, the inflatable field on Saturday and the family time we will experience. It is with pleasure we introduce two amazing days of peaceful, kind, compassionate, entertaining family awesomeness. Seriously, I have never experienced the level of kindness from literally thousands of people in one place. There was no rushing of lines, swearing because someone budged and the security guards were friendly and helpful.

Last year as my sister and I were waiting in line for our kids to jump on the trampolines with the bungees my sister made a comment she wished she had remembered to put sunscreen on my nephew. The guy behind us said, “here why don’t you use ours”. My sister thanked him and my nephew was able to get sunscreen put on right then and there. This is only one of the many experiences we had like this.

Side note: When I began to research the performers for this post I visited each of the performers websites and listened to their songs. The more I listened the more excited I became. I have to be honest and tell you I had not heard of some of the performers and wondered if it would be anywhere close to the awesome performers of last year. I was wrong to think this, Joyful Noise 2017 is going to be AWESOME!

With every song I heard my heart was encouraged and my kids were dancing around the living room. It is comforting knowing there will be music at Joyful Noise I won’t feel I need to cover our kids ears to protect their hearts, minds and mouths. It is with great pleasure I introduce you to this year’s performer line up!
