Valentines day will always remind me of my mom and how she looks forward to this day even more than Christmas. I remember my parents taking us to The Stables or The Country Club for a special dinner. My favorite Valentines was the years we had a big, fancy feast and sent out invitations to family and friends to join us. Whether we ate at a fancy restaurant or ate at home, the best part was spending time with the people we love.
